Adil has experience in retail, logistics, construction, hospitality, utilities and healthcare where he has spent time developing the IT capabilities of businesses. At the helm of IT, developing high performing teams, he has led the transformations of small and large functions moving their focus from BAU to teams with a vision that aligns with business strategy and goals. Before joining Marshalls plc Adil helped develop the capabilities of Bunzl businesses using digitisation, data insight, work bots, ERP, CRM, WMS, AI, machine learning, predictive analytics amongst other technologies.
